Private Label Resellers offer Genesys solutions and services, under the partner's own brand name, as an extension of their current product or service offerings or as their primary offering.
Value Added Resellers offer Genesys solutions and services, under the Genesys brand name, as an extension of their current product or service offerings or as their primary offering.
Solution Partners provide
complementary products and services that can be integrated or offered
in conjunction with Genesys solutions to enhance our overall HRO
services.
