Mass. September 9, 2003 Genesys, a provider of software and outsourcing services for learning management, human resource management, payroll, benefits, and performance management, announced today that it will host its 23rd annual customer information exchange, September 28 - 30, at the Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. Genesys is also inviting all area HR, payroll, and learning professionals to attend a special welcome reception on Sunday, September 28th.
The three-day event covers a wide range of topics including HRIS best practices, return on investment, effective use of the web, implementing self-service, blended learning, and performance management. The conference also features three half-day workshops, to be held on Sunday, September 28th.
The agenda includes topics presented by clients, partners and Genesys. Highlights include:

The event's welcome reception on Sunday, September 28th, is open to attending customers, as well as area HR, payroll, and learning professionals. The welcome reception will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Presidio Ballroom of the Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf.
