Audrey Touma Joins Genesys as Director of Channel Sales Operations Touma Brings More Than 15 Years of Strategic Business and Market Development Experience to Further Genesys HRO Partner Program METHUEN, Mass. (December 20, 2004 ) - - Genesys, a provider of outsourcing services and software for human resources (HR) management, payroll, benefit administration and payments, self-service, learning, and performance management, today announced that Audrey Touma has joined the company as director of Channel Sales Operations. In this position, Touma is responsible for evaluating potential channel partners for the Genesys Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Partner Program, developing and managing new partner relationships in target segments, and collaborating with partners on joint demand creation activities. She will also oversee all aspects of partner implementations, enabling partners to quickly achieve their goals and build additional recurring revenue. Touma brings more than 15 years of experience in business and market development, managing strategic channels and alliances, and customer relationships. Most recently, she served as worldwide marketing segment manager for the financial sector of Hewlett-Packard Company where she developed and managed global strategy and market initiatives for the financial and trading markets. In her position, she founded and managed the first International Customer Advisory Council to strengthen customer relations and enable critical feedback for technology advancements. Previously, Touma held several other key positions at Hewlett-Packard, including strategic alliance manager, where she established strong relationships with key software vendors and partners to increase Hewlett-Packard's market share and re-establish the company as a leader in the workstation business. In addition, as global business manager, Touma led a worldwide team in the development and implementation of marketing programs and turnkey solutions resulting in over $500M in sales. She has also held senior positions at Apollo Computer and Gould, Inc.
