METHUEN,
Mass. January 8, 2003 Genesys Software Systems, Inc., a provider of software and outsourcing services for learning management, human resource (HR) management, payroll, and benefits, announced today a referral partnership with Career-Harmony, a supplier of assessment and selection solutions for human capital management. Under the two-year agreement, the companies will integrate their solutions as well as exchange sales referrals and engage in joint marketing and sales activities.
When integrated with PeopleComeFirst, the Genesys learning and competency management system, Career-Harmony's assessment tools and methodology assist employers in ensuring employees have mastered the competencies required for literally any job and then identify and track prescribed development and learning activities.
