Arlene Hammel Joins Genesys as Vice President, Marketing Seasoned Executive to Drive Marketing and Brand Awareness for Human Capital Management Vendor METHUEN, Mass. Before that, she was the senior vice president, corporate marketing, for Randstad North America, a $1.4 billion employment solutions firm. There, she led national and regional marketing communications, research and product development functions. As a member of the senior management team, she was a key contributor to that company's record growth and success.
