METHUEN, Mass. and COLUMBIA, Mo. (July 19, 2004) - - Genesys, a provider of outsourcing services and software for human resources (HR) management, payroll, benefits, self-service, learning, and performance management, today announced that Moresource, Inc., a leading professional employment organization (PEO) and provider of human resource outsourcing (HRO) services, has selected Genesys as a channel partner to resell its PeopleComeFirst solution suite as their technology platform for offering payroll, HR and benefits administration as well as employee self-service via the Web.
The partnership will allow Moresource to focus on providing strategic level outsourced HR services to its existing client base along with targeting larger prospective clients typically not serviced in the PEO model. Moresource is also outsourcing to Genesys the production work associated with payroll tax filing, paycheck printing and paycheck distribution. Through this partnership, Genesys will also power the same solutions and services for Moresource's estimated 1,500 employees.
