  • Report metrics to management
  • Using metrics to measure performance

Learn how metrics can be used in your organization to measure performance, identify inefficiencies, define baselines, provide a basis for benchmarking, and provide meaningful reporting. This workshop identifies Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how to use them in a meaningful way. Let the numbers do the talking when presenting to management - they speak louder than words.

Payroll in a Union Environment

  • Building effective relationships through labor relations
  • Become an integral part of contract negotiations

The Power of IF on HR and Payroll Data

If only I could do that. How many times have you said it? With knowledge, you can! During this session, the power of the IF Statement will be illustrated in finding duplicate data, in conjunction with other functions such as Subtotal, and nested IFs. We will also cover function numbers in Subtotal, and using Subtotal in combination with Data Filter. Time permitting, we will delve into the power of Conditional Formatting for revealing and highlighting data characteristics based on logical criteria. All illustrations are with typical payroll data.

If you know, it's easy! If you don't, it's hard!
