Rounding out the top HCM priorities for the coming year was streamlining processes, according to 16% of respondents. Moreover, 48% of respondents indicated that budget expectations over the next 12 months for HR technology and outsourced solutions would increase, thereby enabling funding of the services and tools required to support these top priorities. When asked about selecting a vendor that provides outsourcing services and/or hosts HR-related applications, 28% of respondents indicated that price was their driving factor in selection, followed closely by the vendor's breadth and depth of product line according to 23% of respondents. These finds have remained consistent for the past three years, with price being the number one driver in vendor selection and breadth/depth of product line following closely in second place.
