Department: Quality Assurance

Position: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

General Accountability: Responsible for creation of test plans, test tools, and frameworks, as well as the execution of QA processes on all aspects for the Service Bureau Division. Will work closely with the client services / implementation team members to define test cases for system, integration, and beta testing for existing and new business solutions. Continually investigate new testing tools and techniques and their possible application to the company's business requirements.

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Test planning and execution of establishing daily generation of application within a Service Bureau environment.

  • Test using standard testing methodologies, including automated tests.

  • Perform "durability testing", includes performance and load balance testing.

  • Work with infrastructure and teams to develop base line scripts for testing future releases of the product(s), and "future" business solutions acceptance testing on a client to client basis.

  • Ensure business requirements are met through the application(s).

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • 3+ or more years of QA experience.

  • Experience in the area of Payroll/Human Resources/Benefits Service Bureau software products and web services.

  • Experience with formal testing methodology and software failure analysis.

  • Familiar with source code management tools.

  • Technical skills include scripting, and other web technologies (QA Director).

  • Comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows environment, web-based applications, and dealing with hardware and software compatibility issues.

  • Associates degree in Business or Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Excellent analytical and fault isolation skills

  • Versatile team player with excellent presentation, communication and inter personal skills

  • Detailed oriented

  • Meets deadlines

 

 

Department: Sales

Position: Regional Sales Manager

General Accountability: Responsible for selling new Human Resource Outsourcing services to the mid to large-sized market organizations, that allows organizations to outsource their non-core, but critical functions of payroll, tax administration, human resources, employee benefits and risk management.

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Meet or exceed quota.

  • Develop a business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attaining quota.

  • Sell and service area businesses by building relationships:
    - Identifying client needs
    - Providing automated solutions
    - Closing sales and continued client service as needed

  • On site client visits to establish relationships with several points in the organization, identifying opportunities to increase the use of Genesys systems and then using strategic sales skills to bring sales to a close.

  • Broadens knowledge of the company's products and services vs. the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' services.

  • Ongoing contacts with partners/resellers to understand additional products/services maintaining current industry knowledge.

  • Performs other related duties as they apply to the company's sales direction.

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.

  • 5+ years proven successful sales experience.

  • Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota.

  • Current technical knowledge and strong communication skills.

  • Prior experience and knowledge selling HR and payroll services a must.

  • Substantial experience selling to top executives.

  • Proven proficiency in development and implementation of related sales tactics to secure sales.

  • Exceptional soft skills e.g. speaking, listening, negotiating and conflict resolution.

  • Broad management knowledge and ability to manage, communicate, create and provide leadership without line authority.

  • Proven proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential.
