Genesys is pleased to announce Symposium 2008 - an engaging customer-only event! This year's Symposium will be held Sunday, September 14th, through Tuesday, September 16th, at the Hyatt Harborside in Boston, Massachusetts. An ideal place for Symposium, Boston is one of America's oldest cities with a rich history.

A forum featuring a number of Genesys-specific training sessions, Symposium is where Genesys customers come together to expand upon their knowledge, debate key issues and discuss technology trends, as well as engage and interact directly with the presenters and network with other customers.

This one-of-a-kind event for Genesys customers includes:

• 2 intensive Pre-Symposium Workshops, each 3 hours long
  
  
• 17 Educational Sessions offering 20+ hours of educational training designed to improve your use of the Genesys system
  
  
• 3 Educational Tracks covering Applications & Features, Technical Issues, and Business Planning
  
  
• Private, half-hour 'Ask the Expert' consulting sessions with an experienced Genesys staff member
  
  
• 2 breakfasts and 1 luncheon
