Genesys Selects Cognos® Solutions to Help Customers Maximize Strategic Use of HR-Management Systems METHUEN, Mass. — February 8, 2000 — Genesys, the Methuen, Mass.-based provider of software and outsourcing for human resource (HR) management, payroll, and benefits, announced today that it will leverage enterprise business intelligence solutions from Cognos® (Nasdaq:COGN; TSE:CSN) to enable its customers to maximize the strategic use of their existing HR systems and to streamline analysis and reporting. Genesys will resell Cognos products as a Certified Solution Provider.
