Printing and Distribution Services

Your organization is likely well aware how time-consuming it is to produce and distribute payroll and other payments. Reduce the complexity of your payroll or reimbursement process and eliminate the cumbersome work associated with preparing, verifying, collating and distributing your many forms by relying on Genesys to handle it for you. With Genesys, you continue to manage and control your own payroll on your in-house payroll system, but without the printing and distribution process. Once your payroll is calculated, simply transfer the data to Genesys and we will produce all of your pay instruments. Or, rely on Genesys for one-time or periodic disbursement needs unrelated to payroll.

We will:

  • Print your paychecks; direct deposit statements; pension and commission documents; and W-2s, 1099s or 1042s

  • Print non-payroll related checks

  • Deliver all output to any or all locations

  • Produce CD-ROMs

Our state-of-the-art data center is complete with extensive security, backup and redundant systems; a secure, high-speed production facility designed to print, sort, and distribute time-sensitive documents; and a fully automated shipping/tracking/receiving facility-all operated by dedicated professionals and well-equipped to process confidential data.

Printing and distribution services are available to both Genesys and non-Genesys clients.

Paperless Payroll

Consider completely eliminating the production of paper for those employees who choose direct deposit for their payroll. There are several options with which Genesys can help you achieve the paperless goal:

  • E-mail transmission. Complete your payroll processing and transfer the data to Genesys and we will transmit the deposit statements securely to each employee via e-mail.

  • Secure Intranet Posting. Deliver all of your deposit advice statements to employees' desktops by utilizing a new feature of WEBServe Employee and Manager Self-service.

  • Debit Card. Disburse payroll directly to employees via debit card.

These alternatives to producing pay statements are available to Genesys clients.
